I’ve never been the type to go to the gym in make up and hair done! I got one job in the gym and that’s not to look good but to murder my workouts. My faces don’t look pretty doing it either!?? Dripping sweat in my zone is where I like to be!??

Absolutely murdered my QUADS last night to the point I could barely walk out of the gym!? Today my prep starts for my first Pro show after 2-1/2years! I did start a series last summer where I prepped for 8 weeks and decided not to for various reasons. -

After talking with my first coach that remains my mentor & my dad I’ve decided to compete again in July of this year! My YouTube series “The Come Back” starts today! So stoked and motivated about this series! Can’t wait to share this journey with y’all!??
