Today’s workout was Chest and Triceps!?

Tricep extension on a bicep curl machine!? This was a burn out on another level. Just be careful when pushing bar forward and getting under it not to smack your face! Make sure elbows are down on the pad, stretch back and extend out making sure to squeeze at the end!?

4 Sets 15 reps Superset with Smith machine close grip tricep extension with body weight (almost like doing a push up on the bar).?
