HIGH VOLUME LEG DAY! Don’t mind the ‘mueca’s’ I was absolutely drained after this workout! 🙃

Leg press moderate weight x 30 reps
Sumo squat x 20 reps
Curtsy lunge + leg raise x 16 reps
Single leg hip thrust x 25 reps each leg
Single leg step up + leg raise x 16 reps each leg
Dead lift x 16 reps
Calf raises x 20 reps each leg and then 20 reps together = 60 reps total
