I don't even have the words. I'm so grateful that @thestorkandthebeanstalk is our friend and sees us just as we are. The first time we met it was because she asked if she could photograph us and I wanted a Mama Bird shirt, but had no address. We met her on this same beach, two and a half years ago and have remained friends since. To return and have her take these - and to look back and see how much older we all look, and know that much changed but much has remained the same, too - what a gift.
