Sadly I meet so many people who are panicked and stressed fretting over making progress, being healthy and finding love to achieve happiness. Regardless of what we go through in life, the ups and downs and in between, we should all have a foundation and routine which we use to keep us grounded and focused when change happens. Some have hobbies, others have bad habits but I find the gym my escape and retreat from stress as pushing my physical limits also broadens my mental perspective and enhances my positive outlook on life. I’ve found peace and progress in fitness and love chucking on my gym kit, tying back my hair and throwing down some weights. Small lifestyle changes like this can make such a great difference to our mental health and wellbeing which in turn influences not only our present but also our future my darlings ----------------------------
