High volume with all moves in the 30 rep range. Heres a little snippet of one of the circuits. The last move is a perfect example of what to do when you're failing so you don't compromise form!
Pick moderate weight to begin with and when you see your self failing...DONT STOP! Simply drop the weight so you can compete the set! I don't do cardio (except boxing) so I enjoy mixing cardio-type moves like battle ropes, sleds and sprints into my strength training circuits ?

Hammer curl to shoulder press x 30 reps

Resistance band tricep extension x 30 reps

Battle ropes x 30 slams. I was exhausted at 20 so I dropped one of them and did the last 10 with the single rope!
