If you can't say it to your grandma, sister or mother.... do not say it to yourself. Have you ever said anything out loud to someone about yourself and they've responded " really?? I didn't notice". Thats not them trying to be polite.... people DO NOT notice. Try, just for a week, to not put yourself down. When people compliment you, just say "thank you so much". Don't shut them down. The nicer you are to yourself, the better you will start to feel!
