One of my biggest points I guess I want to get across, which is hard to communicate through posts, is that I genuinely care about this community. I grew up wanting to help people. I have loved fitness since I was a kid and I just thought, what better way than to combine the two and do personal training. For the people who’ve followed me from the start, you would know I never expected my account to be what it is today. I obviously feel very blessed to be in the position I am today - being able to help so many women, but never once was it my expectation to turn out like this. I have grown and am growing with my community. I know it’s hard to understand this because I have over 8 million people following me, but I HONESTLY swear to you that I don’t consider myself different to anyone else. My mission is just to help as many women as possible feel as good as I do everyday as a result of their health. I want women to LOVE fitness. I want them to find something they enjoy. I also hope in following me, you will see you can do all of this without sexualising yourself, without promoting something unauthentic, WITH your morals still in tact, and with your head held high.
