Repost from @sweat !!! ? BODY SHAMING ? As many of you know the 12-Week Challenge is in full swing and we thought this would be a great time to talk about a very important issue, body shaming. Body shaming is something that can affect anyone, it is NOT limited to any particular type of person. Sadly, it can be any woman, someone who is larger, thin, muscular or anywhere in-between can be and ARE being body shamed each and every day. As a platform that is all about empowering women and promoting the benefits of living a healthy and happy lifestyle, we feel this is something we need to address. We support EVERYONE. If you are trying to make a positive change in your life, whether that be joining our challenge, exercising more, creating healthier eating habits or just generally trying to BE better — we support you. If you're trying to overcome an injury or recovering from being sick - we support you. Whether you want to get ready for your wedding, or get your confidence and energy back after going through pregnancy or for any reason in the world - we support you. We want our community to support each other too. There are many "transformation" and "before/during/after" pictures being posted online and we just want to acknowledge all of YOU amazing women who choose to put yourself out there! We are SO proud of you for making positive changes in your life, and for sharing your sometimes emotional journeys. We would like everyone to remember that there are 1,000 words behind every picture, even more if its your story, and sometimes you don't always know what these may be. But what we do know is that the wrong words can hurt so let's change the dialogue. We also know that empowered women, empower women. We know that TOGETHER we are stronger. We know that POSITIVITY drives out hate. We know that EVERYONE has struggles. We DO NOT support body shaming, and you should not either. Whether someone is thin, larger, have big muscles, small muscles, be injured or any shape, it doesn't warrant getting attacked via social media. Let's all start 2018 strong, both mentally and physically. Let's stand by each other and have each other's back. We know we can do this! ???@kayturp
