Shoulder day has turned into my favorite day of the week!
1. Over head press 12 rep @ 65% of max, 10 reps @ 70%, 8 @ 75%, 6 @ 80%
2. Face pulls 4 sets of 12
3. Behind the Neck press 4 sets- 12, 10, 8, 6.
4. Off the knee rotation 3 sets of 12 reps
5. BB upright row 12,10,8
6. Lateral raise 3 x 12 reps
7. Incline rear delt raise 12,10,8
8. Cable lateral raise 3 x 12 reps
I know this seems like a lot for shoulders, but a some of the exercises are done for shoulder health and aren’t done to failure
