Try this warmup next upper body day-
1️⃣ lying side raise off a bench. Brace yourself with your offhand and keep the working arm straight as possible.
2️⃣ cuban press, concentrate on keeping the bar path close to your body, when your elbows reach 90° pause then rotate the bar overhead and finish the movement by pressing straight up.
3️⃣ Supine Pull up. To make this movement harder get more horizontal. Start with your arms straight and finish with the bar at your chest.
4️⃣ Alternating med ball push-ups- Get a good stretch and explode to the top of the movement before switching hands.
