“While wandering along the narrow alleyways of the oldest part of Varanasi, by the Ganges River, I caught this little girl climbing her brightly painted house. Her father is sitting at the doorstep, just on the left of the frame too. I explained that I loved the way they decorated the walls and they gladly let me take their photograph. As I was chatting with them, the little girl started climbing around, as if she knew that would make the perfect photo.” Image captured by Marji Lang, @marjilang on Instagram.
