“Our Borneo photographic tour led us on a 20 days trip around the beautiful island in remote Sabah. We were tracking sea gypsies when we came across this beautiful island called Bohey Dulang. At the highest point, we could get a bird’s-eye view of the fresh turquoise-coloured Bodgaya Lagoon surrounded by vibrant green hills. To reach this very point, we had to carry our heavy bags through a dense forest. But when we saw the stunning view, we just dropped our backpacks, left our excess gears at the edge of a cliff and snapped away.” Image captured by Team Ethnologies, @ethnologies_photography on Instagram.
