“This hike to Mount Cook usually takes about 1.5 hours, but we were delayed due to the snowy conditions that day. After an arduous 2.5-hour hike along the snow-capped Alps, we were drenched in sweat and snow. We captured a stunning sunset, before heading back and as luck would have it, our delay resulted in this magical shot – snow glittering in the foreground as the Milky Way rose above the tallest mountain in New Zealand.” Image captured by Feng Shuo, @seal0509 on Instagram.
