chapter one ✨the passing of the matriarch in our Kumai family.
My baachan passed away during the duration of this book. when we experience endings, through the darkness, the light will begin to shine. We bring new meaning to life.
All things full circle, right? And as I round & polish off the rough edges on this book--- I leave some rough, it's not all pretty--as the tough times are what give you the contrast. Without darkness, light shall not exist.
Baachan, when you passed away, my heart broke into a million pieces & my duty/calling was to write this book for you, as an homage to your wonderful, golden life.
