Holy guacamole! This Hawaiian avocado is about 2/3 the size of my head. The whole family couldn’t eat the entire thing in one sitting. It’s like a watermelon but full of creamy fatty goodness instead of sugar. I chunked it into a bowl of raw fish (for DHA fatty acids) soaked in lime juice and Brain Octane (for ketones) and Himalayan salt to make some kind of Hawaiian ceviche-like thing that was a religious experience in and of itself. 👍🥑🚀🏝
