For my 18th birthday my mum gave me one of her favorite books, Women Who Run With The Wolves, by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. It's a collection of ancient myths, woven with hidden messages and powerful symbolism. When I open this book I feel like I'm falling into another time, sifting through gold.
Certain stories are poignant at certain times. It's been a bit like a bible for me and many of my friends.
