SELF LOVE CLUB. ?
As most of you know if you’ve been following me for a while I recently spent 5 weeks in Mexico before going to Kenya. I wanted to take some time to myself and reassess what’s important in my life and break some habits. I’ve talked a lot about self-love from the perspective of body confidence, but I realised that I was also suffering from a real lack of self-esteem, especially around dating. I also secretly deleted all my social media for two months (I sent all my images and captions to my amazing assistant @activelynic), but I’m back now. Time away allowed me to fall in love with myself and the world again (lol), and I feel great. I’ve come back online to loads of messages asking about solo-travelling and my journey so I might do my first ever insta-live over the weekend so message me any questions you might have - either comment or feel free to message privately.
