Consistency trumps everything else. Pretty proud of the attitude I have had about the snatch being slow to come back. Started to feel like my old self again (except happier, tougher, and loving weightlifting again) with 16 solid reps on Power Snatch in a row within an EMOM workout - finishing with doubles at 70kg/154lbs. Big leap forward. Thankful for the opportunity to train with my team this week - i'm on the mend personally, & we're all going full steam ahead together. Excited for a big year coming up with @roninweightlifting ??#staysleepy ----
