88kg/194lbs ? I'm pretty excited about this progress. This is the best triple clean i've done in about a year and a half. I'm lifting more efficiently and able to push the clean more right now even though my leg strength hasn't returned to normal yet. Loved training with my @roninweightlifting team today so much ❤️ I will be competing at the AO ? thank you for all of the encouraging words helping me decide. Especilly a little message from one of my Weightlifting idols @lydiavalentin saying "See You In California" giving me an extra push ? i'm pumped! 5 weeks left to get stronger!
