Missing is a part of weightlifting. You gotta use the misses to learn and grow and develop better habits. Really proud of this top set of 3+1 Clean and Jerk at 195lbs. I missed the 2nd clean because of a timing issue - then corrected the mistake to nail the 3rd one. Adjusting my technique to keeping a full grip on the clean is challenging but I am excited to see how this change effects my max C&J in the coming months. Creeping back up in weight each week!! ?
