At Weekend Table, our goal was to expand beyond what brunch can be, beyond just eggs. And we thought the best way to do it would be to change the menu and service style altogether, and bring out seasonal family-style dishes from the kitchen for you to choose from. This is an example of what you might expect to find on the tables - a beautiful Brassicas Salad, a celebration of the versatility of different vegetables in the brassicas family, with cauliflower puree, garlic-braised kale, roasted romanesco, in a pumpkin seed dressing.
