On Friday 11/3, our NYC home in Soho will be turning 6! To celebrate, we’re bringing all of our Paris-Brest pastries from London, Tokyo, and LA here to NYC for just this weekend, FRI 11/3-SUN 11/5. From our original Paris-New York with chocolate, peanut butter and caramel, to the Paris-Tokyo with matcha ganache and passion fruit curd, Paris-London with earl grey, blackberry and lemon curd, and our new Paris-LA with orange blossom and muscovado ganache, and raspberry jam. I never thought that all those years ago, we’d be where we are today; I set out to open a small bakery with beautiful pastries for our neighborhood, but 6 years later, I’ve met the most incredible guests from all over the world and our family has grown from just 4 employees to a few hundred across the world.
