Let me send this excuse plummeting back down your pipeline as I as I stroll through the gorgeous streets of #Toronto (that sounded violent ??♀️). No but seriously, I travel every other week, sometimes more often, and I make it work so why can’t you? Here’s the sad reality: LIFE WILL ALWAYS BE ‘TOO BUSY’ and the timing will never seem just right. In fact it’s pretty likely that as time passes your responsibilities/commitments will only double.

You can’t lose weight or accomplish your goals in the future. The future doesn’t exist. All you can ever do is in the now and that ‘ideal’ time is arbitrary. Taking charge of your health simply requires a change in behavior and if you’re not willing to do it now, why would you be willing to do it later?

End point: Put your health at the top of your to-do list instead of looking at it as a bonus task and make it a non-negotiable commitment to yourself!
