It sure is fun to finish of your Nemesis rigs!!! Last week I was able to finally summit Mirror Reality [8b+] up in RMNP?!!! The crux jump move on this problem threw me a solid curveball since day one, back in 2009, when I originally brushed er up with @jon_cardwell ?‍♂️ since then I’m sure I have spent at least 20 sessions up there flailing of the big swoop to the lip ?‍♂️, punting to no avail, seasonally just giving up out of a lack of determination. Well, after nearly 8 years of practicing this anti-style of climbing, frontal jump moves more specifically, it went down over a few sessions and didn’t even feel that heinous ?!! I guess this proves it’s actually possible to improve at climbing!!
