Well the journey is nearly full circle, two weeks in Switzerland has flown by, I'm finally on my flight to Madrid, my last destination of the this three month adventure before returning to Colorado ?Between the epic bouldering sessions of South Africa and the daunting alpine gem hunting missions in the Alps, theres been little time to share all my experiences...However, as I return to society, connectivity, and this brief pause in the whirlwind which I'm proud to call my life exists, I can't resist the desire to share the memories and stories before it all starts to churn and dissolve into new ideas and experiences...Here's a video from my ascent of Gepprester Hasse [8b+] up in Sustenpass last week. Over three days of effort amidst a massive storm system, the strategic radar observation, placement of toilet paper to dry the four wet holds, and last minute beta modifications I snuck in an ascent of this amazing @swizzybouldering just before the terminal wave of rain arrived. It was crazy to return to this boulder after nearly 16 years since my first visit; an era we raged Uri ?classic's with my OG crew @lukeparady and @ジョー・キンダー ...guided by the legendary Brüder Tresch... and whats mind blowing is that not a damn thing has changed ?Timeless mountains keeping me humble ??donating such perspective; I'd never be me without you ??@island.io @fiveten_official @petzl_official @trangoworldofficial @walltopia @frictionlabs @climbskinspain
