Forty years ago, Quito was the first city to be declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. In this photo we can see the Basilica illuminated by artist #PatriceWarrener. This light festival is possible because of the close collaboration between Quito and the city of #Lyon @onlylyon @fetedeslumieres
