I see a lot of new followers on my page, so I decided to introduce myself and tell you little more about me ?.
My name is Anna Starodubtseva, I am originally from Russia, I moved to NY 10 years ago all by myself, because I felt very special connection with this amazing city.

I am IFBB Pro Bikini athlete ? , health and fitness coach, I had been sponsored from Optimum Nutrition @optimumnutrition for 5 years.

I did my first bodybuilding bikini ? competition in NJ in 2012 , where I got first place and overall and fell in love with the feeling of being on stage, my life had changed ever since. Over the years I've competed in 20 shows, 13 of them were Pro. My biggest overall win was Arnold Classic 2013, where I got my pro card.

I've prepped to all competitions by myself, I learned everything from the books and other successful athletes Ive crossed my paths with.

I got so inspired with my personal changes, that decided to get PT certificate and help others to change their lives forever. I changed my career and became a health and fitness coach myself and finally found my passion, which is helping others to become better version of themselves.
My goal is to inspire, motivate and share my experience with you guys every day.
