In 2008 Howard Hodgkin donated ‘House’ to Sotheby’s Red Auction, organised with #Bono and #DamienHirst to raise funds to fight AIDS in #Africa. In thanks, Hirst sent #Hodgkin a signed and dedicated #screenprint. Hodgkin’s characteristically rich and vibrant work ‘House’ is offered in our Contemporary Art Evening Sale tomorrow, while Hirst’s inscribed screenprint, ‘All you Need is Love Love #Love’, will be offered as part of Hodgkin’s private collection on October 24, and will be sold to benefit the #EltonJohnAIDSFoundation @ejaf. ❤️#SothebysContemporary #HowardHodgkin #PortraitOfTheArtist
