The work of a selection of Magnum photographers features in the 'Illuminating India: Photography 1857 –2017' exhibition, which opens at The Science Museum tomorrow, October 4.

Magnum co-founder Henri Cartier-Bresson, late Magnum photographer Werner Bischof, contemporary Magnum photographer Olivia Arthur, and Magnum nominee Sohrab Hura, all feature in the exhibition, which examines photography’s changing role in charting the recent history of the country.
