A selection of period prints from the original exhibition of 'In Our Time' at the Hayward Gallery in 1989 are available now on shop.magnumphotos.com.

These prints are examples from the only edition of prints not sold as a complete set. This is a rare chance to own a piece of Magnum's history as the agency celebrates its 70th year.

PHOTO: Ancester worship. An old tradition brought back in the last few years, visiting temples to pray for spirits of one's ancestors on the day of Qingming (Pure Brightness), the fifteenth day after the vernal equinox. They light red candles, burn a sheet of paper, put their hands together and recite several prayers. They go home taking the ash from the burnt paper.
