When I first met @jameskearsley it was in a hospital in Melbourne Australia. He was 24 hours from a bone marrow transplant that we all hoped would help rid him of the cancer that he was battling for the second time. You could tell that he had been through a lot but his positivity never ceased to amaze me.
A year later we met for the second time at the @arnoldclassicau. James was healthy and represented @optimumnutrition like we had spoke about a year earlier. Was amazing to see the changes in him physically, but the mental attitude was the same - always positive always smiling!
This year James was able to come over to the Olympia and stay at my house in Utah where we finally got a solid workout in. Of course we filmed it and it's now live on my YouTube. Make sure you follow James, let his story inspire you as it did me.
