Most 'fitness girls' say it's rare when they post in anything other than leggings and sneakers. Not knocking anyone but I've been that extremist living in a bubble eating bland broccoli out of Tupperware anddddd I was miserable. My life doesn't revolve around fitness. Fitness is simply a PART of my life which allows me the health and mobility to deliver results in whatever it is I want.

Make HELATH, happiness and experience your priority and not an arbitrary number or pant size. What you wish to see in the mirror will come when you stop stressing and obsessing over it.
