CORE FOCUS + FULL BODY!

This was one of my circuits today. I usually combine strength moves with some type of plank OR cardio based move. Keeping my blood flow and heart rate up throughout my workouts allows me to cut my time there in half (plus I never need to worry about doing cardio)!

Twist and press X 15 reps each side (control on way down and explode up!)

Sled curls X down and back (not sure how many reps it was)
-
Plank Variation x 20 reps (these are tough and the bousu ball creates instability so if you're a beginner start with your feet in the floor)
