NO BAD ENERGY! ??
Watching the sunrise on the beach. Tried to meditate but I have zero chill so I still need to work on that. I did realise how much negative energy was taking up my mind in London without me even realising it. I've deleted all the games on my phone, am spending minimal time online and avoiding news sites (even thinking of Donald Trump makes me angry) and I feel so much more positive and have much more time. Good vibes only. ✌?
