I had my best Clean & Jerk workout probably ever last night. Changing everything else right now... might as well change my start too. I was able to pick the bar off the floor in a much straighter path and things were clicking. So pumped. Final set of 2+1 Complex at 95kg/209lbs . . . & even @burnscolin said these were really good haha ??? yaassss! -----
