The most rewarding part of my job is watching women blossom with confidence and capability.?
Last night I spent some time going through the feedback emails from the 31 Day Restart where over 600 women committed to a plant based lifestyle during the month of May. The most common- and powerful-piece of feedback that we received was that the program and supportive community helped them gain their personal power back and that they developed a deeper level of self-love and awareness.
