Photo by @amivitale. An orphaned Grevy’s zebra is being cared for at Sarara Camp (@sararacamp) in Northern Kenya. Grevy’s zebras are found only in Ethiopia and Kenya, and there are less than 3,000 alive today. Community-led efforts like Sarara have helped to stabilize the Grevy's population in Kenya. Sarara and nearby Reteti Elephant Sanctuary (@r.e.s.c.u.e) are part of the Samburu-owned Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy.
