a bowl of yogurt a handful of berries and a sprinkling of nuts- the breakfast standard around here. but in the brightness of the morning light it was especially inviting today
And I've been playing with adding things to the yogurt- sometimes goat sometimes cow but organic and plain always. anything I can run down the microplaner has been given a go - lemon zest, cinnamon and my favorite lots and lots of fresh ginger - stirred through it's a zesty and winning combination. Another winner, thanks to a few leftovers from a dinner one night - a sprinkling of toasted black sesame paired with blueberries (that's us getting crazy!) it's makes for a breakfast that's just a little more exciting and a lot delicious
