Yeeee! Look at me go! 4 months later - I am able to back squat on the achey brakey hip. Thankful for @quinn.henochdpt helping me with a rehab plan to avoid surgery - keep training hard - and making progress. I have competed two times (both PR totals) since I tore my labrum - it just took some brain power to work around what aggravated it, and a lot of diligence on my corrective exercises. Still not pain free 100% - but getting there. Now i want to be like @thevanillagorilla92 and squat a house one day on two non-repaired labrum torn hips haha. I am actually so stoked with my form - my quad strength has gone up from only front squatting all this time and i hit this first back squat workout with what is by far my most upright position ever. 3 sets of 6 @ 100kg/220lbs -ima be sore as fuq. #strengthfromstruggle @max_aita @chadwesleysmith @juggernauttraining
