Back to it! Today was the first legit amount of work I have done since I competed. My workout was:
-5 Triples In Snatch (65kg)
-5 Triples In Clean (75/80kg)
-4 Sets of 6 Front Squat (light but felt heavy AF lol)
-Underhand Bent Over Rows 4 Sets of 8
-Dumbell OHP 3sets of 12
-20 Minute Cardio Low Intensity
Excited to start my new programming from coach @max_aita next week. We are changing a lot of things up ?? more volume, more workouts, more variation. I'm excited for this upcoming training block for Uni World Games. Time to werrrkkkk!
