How important is mobility? Very important! ??? I always make sure to actively stretch prior to my training. It serves as a warm up while giving my joints the chance to loosen up after hours of sitting (I do most of my work on a computer so I defs need it haha?) I always do a full body routine despite the muscle group I’m training??The full video is in my latest youtube vid (link in the bio), but here is a quick breakdown of my routine:
1.Banded Hamstring Stretch
2.Back rolls and toe touches
3.Ankle rotators
4.Walking Lunges
5.Banded Front Walks using my hip circle from
6.Leg Swings
7.Kneeling Lunge
8.Rocking Lunge
9.Elbow and wrist extension stretch
10.Banded Lat Stretch
11.Shoulder dislocations
This warm up usually takes about 10 minutes. Watch the video, take some notes, and try it yourself. I guarantee pre lifting mobility will pay dividends for your beautiful body.?
