MY FITSPO GOAL?: I'm working on being balanced and happy and sometimes imbalanced and unhappy?. Both are sane and human and that is my species sooo ??but rlly rlly, I think it's fine to strive and throw both hands in the air and sing along to The Sound of Music every morning (my childhood reality lol?) BUT not all moments have to be so. Feeling sluggish from time to time isn't fixed by being critical of your feelings. Suppressing your emotions won't just make them go away. I think a lot of the time, people will tap the IG icon and scroll through a feed of unicorn farts ??and pixie dust and get into that comparison mode of "oh my, oh my! how do i get as happy as that purdy girl with a candid poise?¿?" When in actuality pictures will only tell you so much. Maybe that pretty girl had a not so shabby week and is trying to get through the same struggles you might be facing? You never know! I know I've had many days of "halp I'm sinking in my own self pity" but I don't hate myself for feeling what I feel! I simply grow from where I stand. I'd rather learn from my feelings than to consider them as inconvenient randomness. Learn from your feelings, but don't marinate your world in them. And most of all, realize that we are human being. Our species is designed to stumble every now and then. But can we get up? Absolutely ??? #BeGentleWithYourself #BePatientWithYourself #FightForGrowth
