Our photographer @al_drago captured this #aerial view as the press corps and President #Trump prepared to land in Lower Manhattan earlier today. After more than 3 months, @ドナルド・トランプ returned to NYC, where very different sorts of receptions awaited him. While staff members prepared for private meetings before a black-tie ceremony, hundreds of protesters gathered along blocks where @ドナルド・トランプ had been scheduled to pass. But the White House changed the president’s travel plans in the hours before his flight. The delay? A signing ceremony and, by the afternoon, a vote in the House to repeal and replace parts of the #AffordableCareAct. The vote lends momentum to President Trump’s Capitol Hill agenda, but it could also leave moderate Republicans facing a backlash from their constituents.
