Ibiza Prep Update ? As you guys know if you follow my YouTube channel, I am in the midst of prepping for a holiday to Ibiza! So how's it going? I'm loving it! For me this is about looking after myself. I'm training more consistently and making better choices with my food. No pressure, no macros, no calorie counting. Just conscious decisions, wholesome food and portion control. I'm not weighing myself so I don't know if I've dropped weight. That's not what this is about for me. What matters it that I FEEL so much better. My skin is the best it's ever been. I'm smashing my workouts. I wake up every day feeling energised and strong ?? I love taking care of my body. The effects on my mood, energy levels and performance are the best motivation to keep going!
