Recovery Workout ? Today I asked @mikeleept to take me through a recovery workout. I was expecting a relaxing hour of foam rolling and stretching. Nope. Not with Mike. He took me through 30 minutes of low intensity aerobic exercise. We cycled between 2 minutes of ➡️ Rowing ➡️ Ski Erg ➡️ Assault Bike ➡️ Outdoor Running ? We didn't push ourselves hard. We went at a gentle pace. (But I still sweated buckets. I'm a sweater ?). It was more to get the body moving, the blood pumping and to flush out any lactic acid in my muscles ?? I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would! And my limbs feel much more supple than beforehand! ?? And don't worry, we also did some stretching at the end!
