How I see fitness.
No matter where we are from or what we do, fitness and exercise is something we can all relate to. It's in our lives everyday when we don't even realize it. It doesn't have to be in a gym. It is literally everywhere. Use it to laugh, do the things you love and appreciate the beauty of the world. Your goal can be anything you want it to be - To spend more time with the people you love, places you love, set a new PR or just spend a second with yourself and reflect on how far you have come and where you are going. Stop for a second and see it.
