Try this quick circuit before your next upper body workout. Exercise 1- squeeze your teres major which is the little muscle on your back by your arm pit. This will help strengthen that muscle which will help you get a strong Press. 2. Think about what your back feels like when it's rounded and flattened. This is so important in so many exercises. Especially deadlifts and bent over rows. You can want to always make you have a flat back so the best way to get into the habit is to practice and be away of what it feels like. Try it in front of a mirror. 3- this movement is great to release lower back pain if you have been sitting all day.
