Photographers and creatives especially, we seek these types of conditions. In my opinion, there is no better place to witness it all than from the top of Twin Peaks, giving you almost 360 degree views while showing off the city and both bridges. This evening, the fog blanketed the city just after a small rain cloud moved in over Oakland behind San Francisco. I loved the way the city lights cast a glow off the atmosphere.
