Glute and Hamstring Burner ? This morning I finished off my leg session with @Hirstlucie with this combo ☠️ A good morning into curtsey lunges ? The key points to note with these exercises are: ➡️ Good mornings. Keep your back straight and core engaged, hinging from the hips. On the upward movement, consciously keep your knees stable and don't let them buckle inwards - this will really fire up your hip abductors. ➡️ Curtsey lunges: take a deep diagonal stride and ensure when you come up out of the lunge that you use your front leg, pushing through the heel as much as possible ??
